Re: Failed mast-stepping
Well, my C22 mast shoe is somewhere between Nebraska and North Carolina. It shimmied/vibrated its way free during transport in 2020. I see that hinges are available, but since they are flat, how do they attach to the mast since it’s perpendicular to the hinge/shoe? Did you search everywhere for a re...

Re: wanted 1 or 2 round Chrysler self bailers
Are you talking about the scupper covers for the cockpit and fuel locker on a 22?

Re: Mast Step Trouble
Sorry you’re going through this too. My mast FOOT came off when I transported the boat 1300 miles, over land, last summer. I have searched high and low for an OEM replacement. I found a guy at Midwest Sailing, in Michigan, who said he thought they had info on the company that made those parts for Ch...

Re: Suddenly, My Pop-up Top Won't Sit Properly in It's Track, And the Companionway Boards Are Too Tight to Fit
So, you've heard of boards suddenly being too big to fit? What's weird is that it happened overnight. The same time the popup stopped fitting its tracks was the same time the boards became too big. Doesn't seem coincidental.

Suddenly, My Pop-up Top Won't Sit Properly in It's Track, And the Companionway Boards Are Too Tight to Fit
I purchased the C-22 this past February, and we live in a cold winter climate, with a very hot summer climate. After doing a lot of work in preparation of launching the boat this Memorial weekend, there had never been an issue with the fit of the companionway boards. Also, the companionway hatch alw...

Re: C-22 Galley
Reality, Do you still have that galley? If so, would you post pictures of it? I'd like to see its condition and how it fits into the cabin. I have no idea what a fair price would be. Please private message me if you're interested in selling.

Kind of an Emergency: Winter Water Leaks Filling Bilge and Cabin Sole
Cheers Fellow Chrysler, Sandpiper 22 Owners I just posted to another forum about water in the bilge. It seems my brand new boat--to me--has a slow, but very steady water leak that has the nerve to get into four compartments that are separated from each other by deep fiberglass walls/sides. As we spe...

Re: Where's the water coming from?
Here's the question, for me, guys: I can see how water gets into the hull from the toe rail and stanchions, but how does it get onto the sole floor and into storage compartments that are completely separate from each other as the entire cabin is a molded piece of fiberglass separating it from the ho...

Re: Where's the water coming from?
I just became the owner of a C--22 Sandpiper on Friday night. I'm very excited except that I keep returning to the boat to find water resting in various compartments that are not connected: battery storage compartment, storage compartment opposite the table, and on the sole. I covered the entire boa...
