Hi! I obtained the boat with the keels out. It appears that all parts are present. I think I have figured out how they go together. To check for leaks why don't you start to fill boat with water. Hi! I had luck getting these items custom made at a trouphy shop. Not all shops have a computer that can cut. Call ahead and ask(let your fingers do the walking((driving)) if they can laser cut lexan. If they do not actually have the material it is available at Home Depot in 6"x6" pieces. ...

Can anyone tell me the order in which the board gaskets, etc., go together? Is the locking plate built into the inside of the board housing? I read that foam under the floor ebcomes water logged, how do I know if it is water logged? Is the foam positive flotation?
