I have to do the same to mine. I am droping the keel and replacing the brackets then re gelcoating the hull. Maybe we can hook up sometime and compare notes. I work in the valley. I just bought a C22 and it had a fixed rudder on it and I didnt want it and she gave me a new kick up rudder. It has seen better days but is very salvagable.
