I no longer have my C22 so I can't get you the dimensions but I use to raise and lower the mast in the water every time I trailered it someplace other than my slip. With the boom, bridles, 4 ratchet straps, and a line going to a cockpit winch, the mast always stayed solid and level to the boat no ma...

I have high speed color duplex scanners at work, I used these to scan the 250 sailor service manuals on the docs site. The only downside is if it's a book it has to be taken apart. If you need it scanned let me know and I'd split the postage with you and give Scott a place to FTP the files from.

This is the doc I used when making some bridles. These along with some ratchet straps work perfect.

You may want to reconsider the antenna on top of the mast. I originally had one and found I could not communicate with boats within a mile or so and knowing the area you sail this can happen quite often.

Chrysler Catamaran

On Craigslist, needs a lot of TLC but for $100 it could be worth it.

I would save yourself a headache down the road and use good tinned copper wire, and heat-shrink crimp terminals.

http://shop.genuinedealz.com/, they have the best prices I have found online and free shipping. They were recommended to me over on Sailnet.

I have the Dutchman system that Skyking linked to on my Cal 2-25. It is easy to use and the sail flakes perfectly once the sail is trained.

I have a 88 8HP pull start suzuki. There is a plug in between the choke and pull start. This is an electric output, not sure of the amperage though, it has always kept the battery plenty charged.

Original Chrysler cove stripe font

At some point in time someone thought it would be fun to paint the coveline and waterline black using cheap brush on paint. I decided it was time for this paint to go, so with a light duty graffiti remover, a paint scraper, and lots of hope that the original blue was in good condition, so far so goo...

The requirement is to provide an unbroken light 135 degrees. Then again, the only nav light requirement for sailboats our size (<23 feet) is only a flashlight lit soon enough to avoid a collision. Kinda silly. But additionally, if you have the lights, they have to work. Keep in mind that is only wh...

Name this sail

I have seen people use a small sail in place of the main while at anchor to help keep the boat from swinging around the anchor. The last few times I've anchored overnight I have been swinging a good 280 degrees so I'm thinking of trying one of these sails. Anyone know the correct name of this sail? ...

My camper also has the break away wired to the house bank but for a boat trailer most would go with a small battery on the tongue instead of messing with any wiring coming out of the boat. I put this one on my C22 trailer. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TAP-Engager-Trailer-Break-Away-W-LED-Brake-Bat...
